Refund policy

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page or at archerjoannek@gmail.com with your order number.

 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund - no return shipping required.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
